A Third Generation Builder

With nearly 40 years experience, Michael Cutler is responsible for some of the most beautiful new homes on the Main Line. Following in the footsteps of his grandfather, Joseph, and father, Victor, he’s a true perfectionist who insists on being involved with every aspect of his homes’ construction. Unlike many other builders, he personally manages every project, dealing with subcontractors and spending hours on site.

The quest for perfection, however, entails more than constant hands-on supervision. It also requires a real understanding of the materials, finishes, looks and layouts that will be most appealing to the people who actually live in his houses. To assure that each of his homes truly delights its buyers, he regularly gathers groups of designers, architects, landscape specialists, realtors, contractors and even fellow builders to discuss the changing needs of the Main Line’s discriminating home buyers.

A graduate of Drexel University and member of the National Home Builders Association, Michael lives with his wife and two sons in Gladwyne, in a home he built himself in 1993. An active member of the community with a deep affection for the things that make the Main Line so extraordinary, he builds just one or two distinguished homes each year.
